1. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including video footage, graphics, logos, copy, and designs—is the exclusive property of Untethered Minds Media LLC unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or repurpose any content from this site without written permission.

2. Booking & Payment Terms

By booking our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information regarding project scope and timeline

  • Adhere to the agreed-upon shoot date and deliverable schedule

  • Pay all invoices on time based on the payment terms stated in your agreement

Failure to comply may result in cancellation or delays in project delivery.

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. For one-off shoots, cancellations made:

  • More than 48 hours in advance = No fee

  • Within 24–48 hours = 25% cancellation fee

  • Under 24 hours = 50% cancellation fee

Retainer clients should refer to their service agreement for cancellation and rescheduling terms.

4. License of Final Footage

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing:

  • Clients receive a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use delivered footage for marketing, promotional, and internal use.

  • Untethered Minds Media retains creative ownership and reserves the right to use footage for our portfolio, social channels, and promotional use.

Custom licensing terms can be arranged upon request.

5. FAA Compliance & Safety

Untethered Minds Media is operated by FAA Part 107 licensed and insured drone pilots. All operations comply with local, state, and federal laws.
We reserve the right to postpone or cancel a flight if weather, airspace restrictions, or safety conditions make it unsafe or illegal to proceed.

6. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to deliver exceptional results, but we are not liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential losses from project delays or changes

  • Damages due to external conditions (weather, client location access, etc.)

  • Technical interruptions caused by equipment failure beyond our control

7. Third-Party Links & Tools

This website may contain links to external sites or platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy or content practices of those third-party sites.

8. Revisions to These Terms

Untethered Minds Media reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. By continuing to use this site or our services, you accept any such changes.
