Episode Notes

Ep. 19 The Fourth Industrial Revolution

How’d we get here?

  • Our lives have become nearly impossible without the assistance of technology, AI, etc.

    • Internet of Things (IoT)

      • Smart watches

      • Smart homes

      • Smart rings that monitor sleep + fertility

    • Neuralink may seem intense, having to drill a hole in your head but all of these things are leading people into accepting tech in their lives - it’s not a matter of if people will want an implant but when

Intrabody Neural Network

  • “Intra-body transmission networks are proposed to be composed of nanostructured or micro-sized detectors placed within the body to monitor health and distribute drugs. Transplanted biosensors are the potential options for monitoring the body for the detection of particular ailments and determining a diagnosis with the help of a doctor. Biological systems inside the body remain intricately integrated and interact primarily through biochemical interactions. Thus, the continuous communication performance and intra-body molecular nanonetworks coordinate essential functions within the human body… “We intend to understand the exquisite molecular networking that exists within us to design and develop pragmatic, effective interaction for evolving nanonetworks and also to lay the groundwork for the progression of groundbreaking diagnosis and therapeutic methodologies inspired by technological tools, which have the potential to be helpful in future nanotechnologies and bioinspired molecular communication (MC) applications.” Source: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC9671267/

    • Mary Lee BIG proponent of Internet of Bodies

      • Mary Lee (she/her) is a mathematician at the RAND Corporation and inaugural Fellow for the RAND Center for Global Risk and Security. Her research interests include mathematical modeling and simulation of complex systems in the areas of defense/aerospace, cyber policy, and health care and chronic diseases. Projects at RAND include research on emerging Internet of Bodies technologies; analyzing air and space operations for the Department of the Air Force; creating simulation tools to help inform cyber security policies; and understanding the energy balance in obesity and the development of diabetes. Prior to her graduate studies, she worked for many years as a senior systems engineer at Raytheon Space and Airborne Systems, where much of her work centered on developing tracking algorithms for airborne radar systems. • Contact lenses for everyone, regardless of sight issues

        • Pills patients can take that will tell the doctor whether or not they are taking the medications prescribed

  • Intrabody Nano Network Administered Through the COVID vaccine:

    • “It is now practically established that the element graphene, a derivative of graphite and based on carbon, forming nanotubes (CNT) is present in sera, in addition to the presence of other materials derived from it, such as graphene oxide (GO). Graphene is a nanomaterial that possesses exceptional physical, thermodynamic, electronic, mechanical and magnetic properties; it can be used as a superconductor, transducer, absorber of electromagnetic waves, emitter and receiver of signals. It has also been observed that by taking a vial of Pfizer vaccine and allowing the hydrogel to dry, after 3-4 days the presence of nanocircuits can be seen under the microscope:”

    • “It will thus create an intracorporal network or nanonetwork, which will detect every vital parameter, but also every slightest variation inside the body, thanks to the advanced and compressed electronics, superimposed on 3D. The collected signals would then be sent, through a gateway connected to the 5G network, on the Internet, to be stored in a huge cloud database and processed by software based on Machine Learning, exploiting the computing power of quantum computers. The ultimate goal could be to store and eventually reproduce what we call "consciousness", in perpetuity.” Source: https://www.researchgate.net/publication/358833772_CoVid_Vaccines_Based_on_Graphene_Nanonetwork_and_Internet_of_NanoThings_IoNT

Transhumanism / A Thoughtless World

Internet of Living Bodies

  • The Internet of Bodies, or IoB, is actually an ecosystem. It's a bunch of devices that are connected to the Internet that contain software and that either collect personal health data about you or can alter the body's function. We think of the Internet of Bodies as this collection of all these devices, as well as all the data that the devices are gathering about you. And in health care, Internet of Bodies has been around for quite a while. With the advent of the Internet, it makes a lot of sense to connect your pacemaker to the Internet so that your doctor can be automatically notified if something weird happens, if there's an anomaly. It's natural in a lot of ways to want to understand more about your body, how it functions, how well it's doing. Patent WO 2020/060606 “Cryptocurrency system using body activity data”

  • Social Credit Scores to dictate what you do and don’t get to do/earn/say, etc.

The human brain as a computer processor

Merging of man with artificial intelligence

  • In the name of giving people the ability to do something they no longer can (ie. paralyzed people walking) OR having part of us be robotic so they can handle the mundane tasks and we can spend more time doing the things that will advance us

ID2020

  • ID2020 is a public-private consortium in service of the United Nations 2030 Sustainable Development Goal of providing legal identity for all people, including the world's most vulnerable populations.[8]

  • ID2020 has published a ten-point mission statement, which includes: "We believe that individuals must have control over their own digital identities, including how personal data is collected, used, and shared."[9]

  • Conspiracy theorists falsely alleged that ID2020 and Bill Gates made plans for mandatory COVID-19 vaccination and the implantation of microchips into patients' bodies.[14][15][16][17][18] As a result of these conspiracy theories, the staff at ID2020 received death threats.[19]

Cyber Risk of IoB

Systems getting hacked

Privacy risks + regulations on data are very murky

National security/global security risks

  • 2018 - highly sensitive information about military activity and base locations was revealed by soldiers’ fitness trackers

Agenda 21 & 2030 (The UN)

  • The “Sustainable Development” Agenda

    • “We are determined to end poverty and hunger, in all their forms and dimensions, and to ensure that all human beings can fulfil their potential in dignity and equality and in a healthy environment.” Source: https://sdgs.un.org/2030agenda

2045 Initiative

  • Non-profit company trying to extend the human lifespan through AI

  • Dmitry Iskov (Russian billionaire who claims he can make humans immortal

    • Create remote control avatar

    • Ensure human brain can be put into the avatar at the time of the person’s death

    • Ensure consciousness and personality could be uploaded to the avatar

    • Gets rid of the physical body hoping people can live on in holographic form

    • “Cybernetic immortality”

      • People like Jeff Bezos have invested in companies like this in the past

Total surveillance state
