Arizona Cinematic Media & Web Pricing, 2026 Guide

    January 10, 2026Untethered Minds Media
    Quick Answer

What cinematic media and web services actually cost in Arizona in 2026. Transparent pricing for live event coverage, luxury short-term rental visual systems, custom web experiences, and full brand systems from UM Media.

Most Arizona businesses asking about cinematic production pricing in 2026 are not actually asking about hourly rates. They're asking whether the work will land at a level worth paying for, and whether the investment will return value beyond the deliverable itself.

This guide breaks down what cinematic media and web services actually cost when you hire a studio that does the work right, not the lowest possible bid, and not agency markup either. The numbers below are Untethered Minds Media's real 2026 pricing, current as of publication.

    Visual Production

Cinematic capture for brand films, live events, hospitality, music videos, documentary, and FAA Part 107 aerial. Standalone Visual Production starts at $1,500. Most productions range from $2,500 to $6,000. Larger campaigns, tours, and multi-day productions are custom quoted.

    Custom Websites

Custom-built business websites, cinematic websites, and immersive / 3D web experiences. Every build includes custom design and SEO/AEO/GEO architecture from the start.

Starter Website, $1,500 to $2,000. A deliberately focused site for small businesses that need a credible online presence. One-page site or up to three simple pages, mobile optimization, contact form, SEO/AEO foundation, Google indexing, one revision cycle.

Business Website, $2,500 to $4,000. A custom 4–6 page website for businesses that use their site as a primary sales and lead-generation tool. Custom design, lead-capture architecture, forms and standard integrations, SEO/AEO foundation, schema, analytics, two revision cycles, 30-day refinement.

Course / Platform, from $6,000. Custom platforms for courses, memberships, and digital products. Most builds range from $8,000 to $12,000. May include accounts, gated content, lesson modules, payments, dashboards, and database functionality depending on scope.

Cinematic Website, from $5,000. Advanced motion, scroll-triggered storytelling, video integration, layered compositions, custom transitions, and SEO/AEO/GEO architecture. Most cinematic website builds range from $6,000 to $10,000.

Immersive / 3D Web Experience, from $12,000. Fully custom interactive experience using Three.js or React Three Fiber, custom 3D objects and environments, shaders, camera choreography, and mobile fallback experiences. Most builds range from $15,000 to $25,000+.

    Cinematic Brand Systems

The flagship offer. One studio for the complete visual presence, aerial, ground, web, motion, SEO/AEO, and managed presence, built as one connected production. Every Brand System begins with a paid Gap Diagnosis (from $750, credited toward a Brand System booked within 30 days).

Brand Foundation, $7,500 to $12,000. A focused Brand System with positioning, a stronger digital foundation, a standard or lightly cinematic website, SEO/AEO/GEO foundation, core launch assets, and a refinement period.

Full Cinematic Brand System, $15,000 to $30,000. A connected production-and-web engagement combining the Gap Diagnosis, positioning, original cinematic production, a custom cinematic website, hero content, social cutdowns, SEO/AEO/GEO architecture, analytics, indexing, launch, and refinement.

Multi-Location / Tour / Enterprise Brand System, $25,000 to $45,000+. Expanded Brand Systems for multiple locations, properties, events, or complex organizations. Scope may include multi-location production, larger content libraries, location-specific pages and search architecture, and stakeholder coordination.

Payment terms: projects under $4,000 are split 50% to book and 50% before launch or final delivery. Projects from $4,000 to $10,000 are typically split 40% to book, 40% at the midpoint, and 20% before launch or final delivery. Larger engagements use a milestone schedule, typically 30% / 30% / 30% / 10%.

    Managed Care & Retainers

For brands that want the studio on retainer after launch.

Care Plan, $149 per month. Hosting oversight, up to 30 minutes of edits monthly, uptime monitoring, backups, SSL and domain tracking, technical support, quarterly health check. Unused editing time does not roll over.

Growth Plan, $349 per month. Everything in Care, plus up to 90 minutes of edits monthly, monthly analytics review, quarterly seasonal refresh, and one defined SEO/AEO improvement each month.

Brand Partner, $750 per month. Everything in Growth, plus up to three hours of monthly site and content work, one monthly strategy call, social edits from existing footage, priority scheduling, preferred production pricing, and a dedicated monthly Loom report. Production and capture are quoted separately.

All retainers are month-to-month. 30-day notice to cancel.

    How to Get a Quote

Most quotes are written and delivered within 48 hours of inquiry. The first consultation is free and the goal is to scope the right size for the project, not upsell.

A Note on Why These Numbers

These numbers reflect what real cinematic production and custom web design cost when the studio doing the work owns the entire process, capture, edit, build, deploy. There is no agency markup, no subcontracted labor, and no junior team running the camera while a senior pitches the project. Tavis personally oversees every project from quote to delivery.

If those numbers feel high, the honest answer is that they are not. They are appropriately priced for the level of work being delivered. Most Arizona agencies charge two to three times these rates for the same scope and put junior staff on the production. UM Media charges the same rate the senior person would charge at an agency, without the agency.
